Comments

TSV regular Richard Scheib stepped into the editors' seat to give Andrew Poulsen a break from the task. The departure of Scott Walker and the increasing size of the issues (48 pages and growing) due to mounting reader contributions were making the job challenging for Andrew Poulsen. Jon Preddle wrote more about his Mastermind experiences, and Jon and Paul announce their plans to produce a series of spin-off publications, including novelisations of stories not covered by Target and encyclopedias covering each Doctor's era.
