Andrew Pixley tells TSV about writing the Archives for DWM in the
first of a two-part interview. BBC2's Doctor Who Night and The Curse
of Fatal Death video are reviewed. Alistair Hughes wrote and drew the comic
strip, Our Final Battlefield, which took him eight months to create
(averaging a page per month!). Teaming up with Peter Adamson, Alistair also
contributed Beyond the Sofa's take on Revenge of the Cybermen,
whilst Peter analysed The Greatest Show in the Galaxy and discussed the
process of becoming a Cyberman. Continuing a tradition begun the previous year,
the Karkus again appeared in a Christmas bumper instalment. The cover featured
Alistair Hughes' homage to the Target Five Doctors novelisation cover,
but instead featuring the five incarnations Doctors from The Curse of Fatal
Death.
